For instructions on how to remove the Entrust Chain Certificate:
Removing the Entrust Chain Certificate is only required if the Entrust Chain Certificate has been installed to the certificate store in the past. The Entrust Chain Certificate must be removed from the certificate store to ensure your users do not receive security-related errors when accessing your secured site.
