On Windows, the below instructions should be used. In a Unix environment, please refer to BEA Weblogic guide.

To make sure the server can read the private key, specify the private key password.

  1. Edit the Startweblogic.cmd file

  2. It should contain: -Dweblogic.management.pkpassword=password where password is the private key password you chose when creating the CSR.
