Removing the Entrust Chain Certificate is only required if the Entrust Chain Certificate has been installed to the certificate store in the past. The Entrust Chain Certificate must be removed from the certificate store to ensure your users do not receive security-related errors when accessing your secured site,
You cannot remove the Entrust Chain Certificate once you have imported it along with your Entrust SSL Certificate into the keystore. Please contact Entrust Certificate Services Support for assistance.
