! If using Windows, Install the latest Windows 2000 service pack from Microsoft Windows Update site http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com Min. Service Pack 2 is required.

! When you generate your Certificate Signing Request, make sure you are logged in as an Administrator to the computer that hosts your web server.
