Microsoft Internet Information Server 6.0 for Windows 2003 Support

Launch the Microsoft Internet Services Manager:
Select Start /Programs/ Administrative Tools/ Internet Services Manager

Select your web site. Right-click and select Properties.

Select the Directory Security tab. Select Edit from the Secure Communications area.

Select Require Secure Channel when accessing this resource.

Select OK.

Select OK to close the Properties page.

You have now enabled your entire Web Server to require and accept 128 bit SSL connections.
