Question:

 

How to reinitialize the Entrust IdentityGuard Soft Token when the Unlock code does not work?

 

Answer:

 

The unlock code will not work if the soft token has not been enrolled successfully. 

 

Open the soft token application (Entrust IdentityGuard Soft Token), on the unlock screen, right-click and select Reinitialize, this will reset the application.


 

 

You will now need to go back to the IdentityGuard Self-Service site:

IdentityGuard Self-Service site

 

And select either "I’d like to activate my soft token so I can start using it or I'd like to request a soft token" to continue enrollment of the soft token
