Multifactor Authentication - FAQ

Article Number: 46354

The Entrust Certificate Management Service (CMS) supports user name and password as primary authentication and Multifactor Authentication using Entrust IdentityGuard grid, eGrid, or soft token authentication.

CMS administrators without Multifactor Authentication have until June 25, 2012 to register for Multifactor Authentication. Administrators who have Multifactor Authentication in the form of Entrust IdentityGuard grid cards may continue to use them or can switch to a soft token if they choose.
