How do I install a chain certificate in Lotus Domino R5?

Answer:

To install the Entrust L1C Chain Certificate in your Web server, complete the following:

1. Open the confirmation email you received from Entrust.
2. Click the link to the certificate retrieval page on the Entrust Web site.
3. Select the certificate in the Entrust L1C Chain Certificate section and copy it to the clipboard. You must include the ----BEGIN CERTIFICATE---- and ----END CERTIFICATE---- lines.
4. Open the Server Certificate Administration application on your Domino Web server.
5. Select Install Trusted Root Certificate into Key Ring.
6. In the Certificate Name field, enter Entrust L1C Chain Certificate.
7. Select the clipboard in the Certificate Source section.
8. Paste the Entrust Chain Certificate from the clipboard to the Certificate field.
9. Click Merge Trusted Root Certificate into Key Ring.
